    We terminated services with Jags and Rags, LLC on March 25, 2025 per the conversations with the owner on March 20, 2025 that services have to be terminated within a week of next appt or a $50 surcharge would be billed. We did it within the time frame. The start of March 2025 they placed a sign in the road out front of our property as a promotion/drum up business for themselves which would give us $10 off a cleaning. Upon terminated our services, the owners reached out afterwards requesting the sign they placed by the road which not "owned" by us which was no longer on our property since March 20, 2025. The sign was not removed by any of the occupants in our home and the owner has threatened us via text that they will file with the BBB, report to our credit agency and sue us. We looked them up in BBB and they do not exist but yet they feel very welcome to harass a ex patron regarding $10.
