    On July 1, 2022 We spent $2000 to have an exterior flooring product put on our front porch. The first 2 years it looked great but this year there is a streaking/fading process going on that makes areas of the porch look like bleach was dropped and ran down it (it is slightly sloped). When its wet you dont see it. We have called numerous times since August 8, 2022 and they say they will come look at it, but have yet to do so. The last time that I called was Sept 30 and was told that they may be able to come out the following day, Saturday. Well, they didnt. And they never called as they said they would. All we want is for them to take a look at this and see if they can tell what is happening. Maybe it just needs another topcoat, but Id like to know. I dont feel that we are being unreasonable
