    We recently bought a used RV online from another state. We drove from Cincinnati to Michigan only to find the RV's tires were so worn that we felt it was unsafe to drive back to Cincinnati. I googled RV service near Grand Rapids and found West Michigan RV was very close to where we purchased the RV from the private dealer. Somebody was looking over us that day, as once WMRV removed the old tires, they found the brake assemblies had been destroyed by over greasing of the bearings! I can't imagine what would have happened if we'd tried to drive it home, or taken it to a dealer to repair- most likely keeping it for months before we would be able to get it back. West Michigan RV did what needed to be done with no surprise pricing, courteous service, and quick turn around. They even ordered a new hitch for us to replace the one that came with the camper that wasn't really doing the job, even just from the private lot to West Michigan RV. I trust these guys, and just wish they were located in Cincinnati. I even received a personal call from Skip after we were back home to discuss the performance of the new hitch. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty- this shop is the real deal.
