    Date of transaction: 4/3/24 Amount: $280.00 They committed to providing me with resume services. Stated that I would hear from someone and told me my assignment had been assigned. It is now 4 days later and I have made several phone calls without getting ahold of anyone. When I call the phone number, that they say is a 24/7 customer service line, all I get is music (right away) and it never rings and nobody picks up. Weird thing is that two days later I got a call from them, asking if I had authorized this transaction. That struck me as odd and I immediately thought that this could be fraudulent. I tried to call some more and again, nothing. The nature of this dispute is that I want my money back so that I can get my resume work done legitimately. I am so angry and disgusted that people do this kind of sham work.They have not tried to resolve the problem because I cannot get a hold of them. Invoice # RP-2024-2573 I came to this finding this company through a ****** search. Ugh!

    Purchased the Executive package for $400 and promised a money back grantee on 28 Sept 2023. I was asked to provide a copy of my current resume for review with the implied task that it would be rewritten to increase my chances of getting hired. To make a long story short, my resume was cut and pasted onto a word template and sent back to me. Not only did they cut and paste my original resume bullets, they didnt have the decency or apptitude to create a new document. They seriously cut and pasted my information onto another persons resume and renamed it! Needless to say, the incompetence was captured on an ATS! Yes, I had somehow become a cruise attendant! ***************, ***********************, *******************, and *****************, DO BETTER! It is now Dec 5th, and I am still trying to get my refund! I have been getting the run around for the last 2 months with promises that I will receive my refund in ***** hours or the next 4-5 days that it takes to process you refund! Yes, I will be reortin this to the BBB. I would not recommend this If I could give a lower rating, I would! I reached out to Resume Profs in late September 2023.     I paid for my resume to be fixed. The person said to pay upfront and I will receive my resume in two business days. I never received my resume and the person won't answer me on the web pages chat. Its so dissapointing and dishonest.

    3/2/2023 The resume revision provided had grammatical, sentences, and abbreviation errors that were not corrected after several requests. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee.
