    I was excited to do work with this organization because they were fair and at first seemed okay with me asking questions. I am paying cash for flood damage on two levels. I asked several questions because with investing my cash I needed to be sure that I understood the process and inclusions. I was contacted by RM, to say that they pushed my start date back by a week because "insurance claims are a priority and we have had an influx". I was upset about this but still proceeded with the next available date 5 days later. They notified me on their way to the home. I received a text that they would be sending documents as well. I did not receive documents until 12:45 pm . I signed the documents and also asked a couple questions regarding mold. I then received a message saying "I have had Jason stop all work at EC until she returns the paperwork. She is exceedingly problematic and I don't feel comfortable continuing" . It is disappointing that 1. a cash paying client is not valued as much as someone that has an insurance claim 2. This is unprofessional and anyone that asks questions should not be deemed as "problematic". This shows that the organization is not confident in their own ability enough to reassure a customer by answering questions I don't recommend this organization due to their inability to maintain professionalism and the lack of integrity over compensation.
