1 star******* the owner is a nasty man. The movers took an 1 1/2 hour break during a max 3 hour move. They soaked every minute and charged me. No equipment for moving, damage to my fridge and new TV. Held back appliances until I signed and paid them. They were late and charged me. Got lost and charged me, over charged on a 3% credit card transaction. ******* is a ***** business owner. No refund just bad treatment. Nightmare is the best way that describes my experience.Review fromYvette A

**** and his crew are the best! He has done several moves for myself and my family. Most recently he moved my Brother from ******* to my home in **********. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The compassion you showed to us was appreciated and your service was very reasonable. I would use them for any move needed in the future. They even did extra things they didnt have to do. 5 starsI received a call from my aging mother in ******* asking to be moved to ************** (about an 8-hour drive away). For a normal move request, this wouldn't be that big of a deal if it were local but I live in ****** now. I initially thought my mom was just lonely and wanted to move closer to family as we have NO family in *******. After several phone calls, I realized she was deftly serious and wanted to move immediately. So what in the world do I do now, I thought! It's Mom, I have to do something! I have zero friends/family in ******* and the closest family member lives in **************. I called Blue Water Movers, who are my new superheroes. I explained my situation and fabricated a plan which of course changed several times before the final master plan. They were extremely responsive, kept in constant communication, and literally pulled off a herculean effort to provide my mom with the move she requested. I cannot express enough gratitude for their professionalism, expertise, communication, and humanity. We flew down to ******* several days before the move date to make sure everything was ready. It wasn't of course. We had a short window and had to change our return flights. We had to put in some overtime to make it all work to meet the move date. My wife and I never saw the actual moving team. We left a lockbox on the door, took pictures of what needed to be moved, and drove Mom to ************** to get her acclimated to her new surroundings. The movers arrived when they said they would, loaded up, and headed to **************. We were on our way back to ****** by the time they arrived in **************. Let me tell you, my Mom is still raving about how professional and polite they were to her. I emphatically recommend this company to anyone moving their most precious loved ones. 5 starsWe had a great experience with this company. The movers were friendly and helpful when I asked them to do extras for me. They worked harder than I would have imagined, and didn't "take their time" to in the end charge me more money. I would recommend them to anyone!
