    We hired this company to put a new roof on our home-I worked with a sales per **** ****: the basic story is the roof was installed last year in August/September: the roof has many leaks and has caused a lot of interior damage to newly remodeled home: I had reached out to the sales person **** when we where having these issues and no response I also sent emails to the office with no response to the matter: **** called me in mid July this summer asking to be paid for the balance but I told him I needed to speak to the owner of the business and **** gave me the name of **** was the owner which finding out later **** did not own the business-I person by the name of *** called me in August and claimed to be the owner and had not idea what was going on since he was out of the loop but he told me and my builder he would come make it right next week which has come and gone and we have heard nothing. We contacted another company to inspect the roof and tells us what was the issue-come to find out a lot of shingles are not even nailed down-there is no ice/water underlayer-flashing is missing under most areas where needed. Need to tear off the entire roof and start over is the basic solution per 3 different roof companies-they say there is no saving this roof job. Seet attached for the letter sent to company:
