    Wish I could give less than 1 star. After tree was taken down owner said his dump trailer needed fixing and could not clean up the brush (removal of the brush was part of the job agreed on.) He said he would be back within the week to clean up all the brush. I sent a message to him (as he requested) to find out if the trailer was fixed. It was not fixed and he claimed it would be by the following week. Sent another message a week later and he said I was on a list of people waiting to have their brush removed. My husband called the following week and left a message and his call was never returned. The job was started on Sept. 19, 2022 and the last time we heard from the owner was Sept. 28, 2022. Very disappointed. Will NOT recommend NATO Tree Service to anyone.

    I apologize I have had a injury and my father is suppose to be handling the business account and I see that he is lacking I know we said we would pick the wood up and we intend to do just that and collect the remaining balance on the account rain, sun or shine when I recover

    No need to return we have already cleaned up 2/3 of the mess. This is something that I hired you for. If you were injured it's up to you ,as owner ,to notify your customers about the delay. In stead, we were ignored ! We trusted you and we are greatly disappointed ! We should be compensated for having to do part of the job you were hired for.

    *************** Halfway thru job he said he had misquoted job, wanted 40% increase. Refused to finish job, doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Con job company. Have also read they are NOT INSURED.
