I bought a used 2010 Dodge Nitro from Chadrock motors. When he found out which vehicle I was going to purchase he increased the price by $2,000. There was also a tear in the front seat which he said he would fix, which he has not. There was also a ticking sound coming from the dash. Which he said he would fix, which he has not. He is taking my car several times and tried to fix the issue. To this day my car still ticks. According to **** it was the blend door actuator. Which had been replaced three times that I'm aware of. He had his unlicensed son work on my car. After his son worked on my car I had more issues. **** told me if I found somebody to fix my car he would pay for it. I took it to the Dodge dealership and gave him an estimate. He said they were smoking crack and wasn't going to pay that price. So I paid **** $300 to have his son who is unlicensed fix my car, which he did not. I tried to dispute the credit card charges for services not rendered. **** copy and pasted parts of our conversation and send it to the credit card company. I told **** it was unfair that I paid him $300 and my car was still not fixed. He told me to bring back my car and he would take out the parts he put in. To this day my car still ticks and my heat doesn't work properly. When I bought it it was summertime and my air didn't work properly. He told me if I didn't want to hear the ticking not to run my air conditioner. I also asked him if he was going to repair the tear in my seat and he said no. I would like my car fixed properly or my money's back. I've wasted several days missed work all because of this. Last year I went all the winter months with no heat. **** laughed. I would never refer anybody to chatrock motors ever again. Maybe if there was a licensed mechanic working on my car it would be fixed properly.
