    Not even sure where to start. It took 4 different trips and 2 different crews to my home to install the countertops. They forgot to polish one of the edges against my stove and they said it was too late to do anything because they glued theseam for the adjacentslab already. I had to use sandpaper to smooth over the sharp stone edge. They left smudges all around the countertops because they were sloppy with the epoxy adhesive and didn't clean it off right away. On one of the slabs, they didn't even use adhesive to adhere it to the countertops.The first 2 times they came, the crew dropped the slabs inside the home and then left without saying a word. They literally left and sat in the van for 20 minutes and then left without saying a word. I had to call the office to ask if they were going to come back to finish the job. The office was clueless as to why they left. The next day, they told me they fired that crew. They had 0 pride and I'm honestly not even sure they knew how to read a tape measure. The 2nd crew was a bit more helpfulbut it was too little too late.This company also takes full payment before they install the countertops. They do this for a reason. Because once they have your money, you really have no recourse. Please read recent reviews; customers are not happy with this company and seem to be having bad experiences. I've made at least 5 calls to the company and left them my contact info but no one has called me back yet. Worst ************** a home contractor I've had thus far. Stay away.
