    Do not buy anything from Mad’s! Last year, my aunt purchased another section of Dock because of the low water level. It was purchased at the end of the season in fall. ? Mads offered installation, but it was too late in the season so the dock was just stored for winter. When it was time to put the dock in this season, she had the neighborhood men helping her to install the dock. The dock was a half an inch wider than her existing dock which she purchased from Madd’s in 2015. It was not lining up without having to modify the new section. ?When we called MAD’s they said she was told about installation when the dock was purchased and never took advantage of the installation (hello, it was fall). We asked for them to come install it and do the necessary modifications. MAD’s said they would come out for a fee. We said she should not be charge for the installation because she purchase the dock ?after the boating season and was never told that “every section that comes off the truck are different widths, not big differences but they SHOULD match up with minor modification”. MAD’s hung up on us when we said that their customer service is terrible and we will let people know it. How sad!!!! I know one thing is for sure, my husband and I will never buy anything from them!!!! A job that should have taken less then an hour took well over 2 1/2 hours ??
