    At the ****** location at the corner of ********** the address of ********************************************. The ceiling tiles are full of water every time it rains they fall down on you. You get to smell mugged mildewed water!! The owner is a former ************* player extremely foul and rude and hostile. Doesn't know how to talk to his employees nor his customers. When the machines go out he expects that you are supposed to wait 24 hours to get your money back. That you may not never get back and when the employees have to pay it they're not getting their money back. He'll be there in the midday either him or his son pulling the money out of the machines and yet when one of his machines has went bad instead of talking to you. He'll say somebody will get back with you in a hostile demeanor hand you your change up on top of a table like you are an animal. A good 70% of his machines don't even work properly he should be closed down. The property is not handicap accessible for those that's in a wheelchair both the back interest as well as the front entrance of the building. He's what you call a pure narcissist. Many of his employees are not able when the machines the dryers break down are not able to reimburse you the money one or two dollars in some cases $5. Because he don't pay them well over talks you. I hope they shut him down he's extremely disrespectful when you wash in the washing machines they smell like mildew all the top load machines have been out for well over two years the former owner was much better in handling it and I'm glad that he was able to make a mere 15 to 17 million dollars when selling to this man because he has not fixed up anything when you go to use the restroom you don't even get good hot running water. If you go to the sink that's in the front of the establishment that one doesn't have hot running water. Half of your dryer don't even run hot and instead of having a licensed professional to come out and fix it he has not done so!!
