    Summer of 2020 I had them do ********************************************* Part of the project included installing 6x6 landscape Timbers around my shed. I was very happy with the project and highly recommended them to numerous friends. The Timbers are starting to rot and I called them to have them replaced at their expense. He has refused. He was very unprofessional and called me an uneducated a****** Im not seeking any reimbursement from them I just want this out there so others can make theyre decisions as to hire them or not.

    To whom it may concern,

    Many of the facts stated in he complaint are not true or at best misleading. First of all, we offer a one year warranty on materials and labor which is clearly stated in the contract. The part of the project in question was valued at $420.00. We are now approximately 3 years from the installation date. As I tried to explain to him, the timbers in question are landscape timbers and supposed to be used for the exact use we installed them for. I can understand that he might be upset that there might be some rot starting to occur, but its a natural product and all we did was purchase it from ********** and installed it for him. Unfortunately he thinks I should be responsible to replace them for some reason, even though we are well beyond any warranty period stated on the contract. I can have some empathy for him, but he was very unreasonable in his request and his attitude with me was uncalled for. I want to make clients happy but I cannot offer never ending warranties and he was aware of the warranty when he sighted the contract.
