    I paid them $55 for shoes that they did not deliver. The tracking said it shipped 9/14 and I still did not receive the shoes. I just want my money back. Also they said it was delivered to Miami a 2 weeks before I ordered. It is not possible to ship before I ordered.

    I purchased a pair of shoes from Fleeteez.com on Oct. 1 for $60. Payment from my credit card was made on Oct. 4 according to my credit card company. I have not received any kind of receipt or acknowledgment of my order. I have attempted to contact the seller, listed as **** *******, via phone, e-mail, and the contact form on the Web site. The e-mail bounced; the phone call would not go through. I think this is a fraudulent business that took my $60 with no intention of sending me my shoes. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and with PayPal.

    9/19/24 purchased a pair of shoes. (Their site limited it to one per purchase.)

    9/24/24 emailed both addresses on their website and email; requesting refunds.
    9/25/24 PayPal refunded me for the first pair of shoes under their Consumer Protection Policy.
    9/26/24 emailed both addresses on their website and email; requesting refunds.
    9/30/24 emailed both addresses on their website and email; requesting refunds. - Again.
    10/7/24 emailed both addresses on their website and email; requesting refunds.
    Their website collected my name, street and email address, and phone number. So they can match my refund accordingly.

    I placed an online order on 9/12/24 for a pair of cycling shoes. I had not heard back since then in terms of tracking # or status of my order.
    I sent 3 emails to their customer service dept and called the phone number listed on their website. Every time I call this number, I get a recording that it is not in service.
    I have been waiting 3 weeks for this order and just want a refund so I can buy another pair of shoes from a reputable business.

    On 9/20/24 I placed an order on fleeteez.com for a pair of shoes that cost $56. I thought it was a great deal so I placed two more orders with the company that very same day. When reviewing my bank statement I noticed that each transaction listed a different company name that was not matching the the original company I thought I was ordering from. Upon further research into the company the business name is listed as Suzanne M LLC. The three charge names were ***********, ***********, and ***********. All three transactions were processed through paypal, however the concerning part is that they are all different names to the company website and owner information. I immediately reached out to the company though the provided email on the website and contact form asking for an explanation and for the orders to be cancelled as I did not feel that they were a valid company. I also called their listed phone number which turned out to be an inactive number. I have waited 24 hours for return contact and have not received any. Because of this as well as the different statement names to the company I am under the impression that this is a fraud. I am seeking assistance in receiving a full refund for the charged amount of $168 as well as assistance in getting this business closed as they are not a valid business.
