    I ordered flowers for my Granddaughters birthday around July 3rd to be delivered to her house on July 6th for her Birthday.
    They were never delivered, even after I paid an extra 12.00 for delivery.
    I called after I found out the flowers were never delivered to find out what had happened?
    The owner never returned my call and I even tried calling in the morning and she did answer saying,
    I do not have time to deal with you!
    Then hung up ?
    She even went on FB messenger telling me she delivered the flowers...but on the map she sent she delivered them to the wrong house.
    In her message she threatened if I responded back she will call the police ?

    We never received the flowers or balloons ?? I paid for I would like a refund

    My Official response is….

    No Refund will be issued because of the following. 
    Smiths Floral Boutique fulfilled and delivered the floral/balloon arrangement on 7/6/23 around 11:50am to the correct address and followed the instructions given to the delivery driver to leave it on the porch after we explained that we are not responsible for the arrangement/balloons once it is delivered to the porch. There was clearly some miscommunication between ****(sender) and her son *****(receivers father).  
    The customer has openly admitted in a google review the flowers were received on the date requested. We communicated with **** and her son *****(homeowner) That we would not be responsible for the arrangement after we left it on the porch per both their instructions. Many things could have happened to the Yellow and Pink Latex balloons that were attached to the arrangement.

    I'm letting you know my response is that they did deliver the flowers to the rock to the wrong porch with no balloon. So, there was no way of knowing that they were even there is a totally used around porch. I sent the picture of where the flowers were on a porch that where my has. My son is doing reconstruction on his home and so they were not even seen because my son less detailed information on where to leave the flowers out front by the driveway on the porch by the driveway, not the porch. that is under construction. That's where she left them though. So **** with no balloons. I also ordered pink flowers and received yellow. So nobody knew they were even out there if they would have had blown phantom you probably would have noticed some. So That's my response I still would like a refund cuz there was I paid for balloons and there were no balloons.
