On April 16, 2024, I called Hillsdale Hospitals lab and asked if they do drug and alcohol testing. I asked for and urine screening for work. The lady I talked to said they do but because it was getting late, I would have to go to the ER to be serviced. I showed up at the ER approximately at 730pm. I told the nurse that was about to check me in that I talked to *** at the lab she told me to come to the ER to get a drug and alcohol test. I told her I need a urine test for work and it needs to be a urine test for it to be accepted. She said she would check she came back and said it was ok they can do it. After waiting 7 hours they bring me in, the Doctor said they will only do blood test. I told her I need a urine test; she refused. Sent me home. Hillsdale hospital sends me a bill for $147. They gave me no service. They refused to give me what I asked for after they agreed to what I needed. I have been arguing with them for months now. They person in billing refuses to return my phone calls her name is ***** *******. I have talked to everyone except her. Everyone I talk to there agrees I should not have been charged except *****. They refused service to me, then are trying to bill me. They are forcing me to pay an unjust bill or ruin my credit. This is exactly like taking your car to a shop telling them what you want done, then they tell you they refuse to work on your car and send you a bill even though they did no service.
