DONT RENT!!!! very unprofessional!!! they asked me where I was when I wasn't spending the night there. Asked Who I had staying there when it was only one person in for less than two days normally. Came in without proper warning and left all my lights on. left dirty dishes for me to keep and clean, they got mad when I tried to replace them. Told us we could smoke on the patio then got mad when we actually did. The part that makes the most mad is they sat me down and told me they weren't trying to parent me and that they were professionals and then did the exact opposite. They're also trying to make me pay for rent a month after I'm already gone and are refusing to give me my security deposit or talk to my social workers.

I would be happy to respond to this. We worked with this girl and her case worker in hopes of helping her get on her feet so she was no longer homeless and could finish her trade school. We were able to negotiate with the owner to lower her rent by $250 of the listing price for the first 3 months in a property were we pay all the utilities, wifi and trash. Our building is strictly none smoking and the very first week she had 4 kids in her studio apartment vaping weed. Maintenance was working at the building and informed me that the whole building smelled. I arrived and confirmed the smell in the hallways was coming from her apartment. I knocked on the door to confirm where the smell was coming from. I apartment was full of the smell. I told her that she was told at the moving meeting as well as it is stated in her lease that there was no smoking of any kind in the building. And that the building (A 8 unit furnished efficiency and one bedroom apartments) was not a party pad. We have mostly single professionals in our building. She was never told she could not smoke on the patio just not in the building. It is also stated in her lease, due to the fact that all utilities are paid for, She could not have people staying over all the time without approval, especially at the rate she was paying. She informed us on March 17th by text in our system that she would be moving out at the end of March. We informed her that she would be responsible for Aprils rent since she did not give us a full 30 day notice as per her lease. She did not pay rent for April nor did she return the property in the condition she received it as per her lease. We attempted to communicate all of this. We suggested that we have a meeting to go over all her concerns. She said that her case worker told her not to pay us and that the case working was trying to get a hold of us. I spoke to my staff, I and they never received a message from the case worker. We told her that she was our tenant and we were communicating with her. We were more than willing to meet with her (our tenant) and she could bring her case worker if she wanted to. We never entered her apartment with out at lease a 24 hr notice except the one time I knocked on her door because of the weed smell. We perform 90 day walk throughs in all of our properties per our lease. I believe the time she is referring to where she said she didn't get notice, all tenants are sent out an email and a text in our software system 24 to 48 hrs ahead. As far as her security deposit, We have not received a forwarding address which I have asked for as well as it has not even been 30 days from the end or her lease. We will be taken out what she owes from her security deposit and will send her any remaining at the end of this month along with her statement as the state requires. We work with the Buildium software system and all conversations and walk through reports are documented. I feel that not only the Owner but we tried to help this girl. We even let her move in and pay her security deposit in payments so she could move in faster. It is sad in that it will make us very wary to try to make exceptions or help anyone in the future.

Under no circumstances should you live in their properties. Do not expect to get money back. Do not expect to get answers. Expect greed and sleazy landlords who will make a pretty ***** on YOU to fix THEIR property.

Wow, This women surprises me. She moved in filling out our pet screening stating she had no pet. In less than a week of move in she got a puppy. Our lease is very clear on this. When she moved out the majority of her security deposit was used to fix and clean up after the tenant and the puppy

Pros: very cheap place to live Cons: they will take advantage of people that need a cheap place to live (ie won't fix things that need to be fixed, threatening eviction for the most minor infractions like using the wrong trash, will add arbitrary charges and if are questioned will threaten eviction)

After the rent that was unpaid and the few repairs were done this tenant received some of their security deposit back. We work with the Buildium system where all maintenance requests are put in by the tenant. If we don't receive a task we are not aware of the need for repair.

Can’t even leave a star worst people to rent from. When we moved in windows were broke we told them about it, sun room was trashed and we cleaned it, we move out and they charge us for all of it. They are slum lords and horrible people.

Again WOW. This place was trashed. Holes in the wall and a terrible job in trying to hide it. They still owe us a lot of $$$$
