    Purchased $1500.00 range October 2021. Purchased from Northgate since they have a service department. 2 days ago range quit, no lights, no anything. Called to have service department come out and was told it would be 10 days before service. Apparently they dont stand behind what they sell. Funny thing is, during the purchase process we were swarmed by sales people

    Thanks for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are a self-servicing dealer and very much stand behind the products that we sell. We've been doing service for over 60 years on the products that we sell, and the typical turn around time is between 1-2 weeks for us to order parts and have them with us to try to repair your appliance in one trip. We were contacted on Saturday May 4 about an issue with your range. We told customer's spouse that we could order parts and come out on Monday, May 13, only 6 business days after receiving the call for service. We made the service appointment and then were contacted later that day that customer found another servicer that was able to come out more quickly, so the call was cancelled. After this happened, we received the following very rude text from the customer: "Cameron talked to my wife and said earliest is Monday 13th which is a bulls**t way to service customers. Last time we deal with Northgate." Northgate has done nothing wrong and there has been no reason for this type of behavior from the customer..

    These guys are top notch! **************** on the Sales floor was excellent, and the delivery team was careful and efficient. Plus they service what they sell, so I know I don't need to worry about who will fix my appliances later!
