    The third case arrived today. I opened two of the internal boxes. None of them had the additional flavors. At this point we have 1920 lollipops - 960 should be of the six other flavors. We request 960 of the other flavors: Blackberry, Mandarin, Strawberry, Lime, Blueberry, & Grape - to be shipped free of charge. Our sales start mid-October so we will need those by then.The Goodies Factory webpage for Sour Mania Pops does not indicate the variability based on the manufacturer.For example, on the Yummy Sour Lips Pops it states "**Mixes & flavor varieties may change without notice. Case will contain a random mix of flavors." This statement makes me believe that what we get will be random. And this would deter me from ordering.However, the Sour Mania Pops states, "Available Flavors: Flavors may change at any time."This does indicate that some flavors may change, but not that some flavors may not be available when it states, "Each case of Sour Mania pops contains an assortment of tasty sour pops in 12 appealing flavors. Your buyers will be able to choose from flavors like Blackberry, Watermelon, Blueberry, Lime, Mandarin, Lemonade, Grape and Raspberry." This gives an entirely different message about what we can expect in our shipment.

    Hello!

    Will there be a record  in BBB that a complaint was filed with no response from the company. I feel this speaks volumes to their customer service practices.

    A friend's daughter was doing a fund-raiser for school (in **). To support, my wife and I (in **) placed on online order. Using the company's (The Goodies Factory) website, we placed an order. Through the process, I was never prompted for a mailing address; unbeknownst to me, the mailing defaulted to the school's address (again, in TN). It took over 5 weeks for the order (supposed to be 2 weeks) and because it went to the school, I never got the product I paid for. As a result, my wife and I have mentally written this off because it was more about supporting a friend. I reached out to The Goodies Factory and they said I ordered the product to be delivered to the school and made no effort to resolve the issue.

    We had a communication issue with this school and the Distributor working with this organization.  When we realized what happened we reached out to all the customers that were too far away to get their orders from the school.  We needed to get the correct address to ship the items directly to their home address.  Unfortunately it looks like ************** was somehow missed in our attempt to resolve this issue.  Now that I have the correct address from him, I will be happy to send the items to his home.  As an apology, I will include an extra popcorn item.  Let me know if this is an acceptable resolution?  Thank you.
