      I came to this location recently and purchased unlimited car washes. Soon after I noticed my vehicle had micro scratches all over it from the wash . This is a brand new car I just bought in January . I trusted this car wash with the paint on my new car and was very let down . I have tried contacting them by email on multiple occasions . Nobody has reached back out to me to find a resolution. I am a very busy person and do not often have the time to go to a location to speak with management . I expect a company to reply promptly when such an issue has occured . At this point I am considering other options to find a financial resolution. Very very disappointed with this company, I thought that they were better than this .

      The Quality Car Wash vehicle warranty claims process initiates when a guest completes a claim form on site.
      If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please stop in to one of our locations to fill out a claim form (electronically) OR I can assist you through this email if you would prefer.  If filing via email, in order for our claims team to process we will need you to submit pictures showing the damage related to the claim.
