    I have engaged Journey Carpet Cleaning services for semi-annual cleaning hallway and stairway carpet runners in my downtown Holland apartment building. I have also had carpeting and hardwood floors cleaned and buffed in apartments with great success. Journeys method on hardwood floors is very impressive. Service is very prompt and courteous to apartment tenants.

    **** is incredibly professional, very clear communicator, and meticulous with his work. Our floors and carpets look AMAZING, especially when you compare the before and after photos! Would highly recommend **** and Journey Carpet Cleaning to everyone!

    We have had an excellent experience with Journey Carpet Cleaning! We now have used this company quite a few times for everything from carpets throughout the house, area rugs, tile, mattresses and upholstery. Paul (the owner) has been a lifesaver. He’s been able to get stains out that no one else could even touch. (We tried two other companies before we found him.) His service and professionalism have been just amazing. He has restored our carpets that we thought would be ruined for good due to an aging dog with many accidents. He takes his job very seriously and gets results! We would recommend Journey to anyone.

    I have hired Journey for more than occasion. Wether its cleaning rust stains of of pearl white carpet. Or dirty dog stains off of a white couch. Journey does it in a excellent, timely, and professional manner. Customer service focused and exceeding expectations is how I heard Journey be described more than once! Would highly recommend to anyone and will be using them for every cleaning need from here on out!
