    I do not have my wheels yet but expect this month. I asked for a new level of customization include 5 different color (white deep lip, black outline lip, red fading into blue center gold small center, red hardware, Water Cool;... logo on white lips etc) Although this is their first build of this magnitude I chose them over the big names due to *****'s incredible response time and genuine interest in my satisfaction. I tried ******, ******** , ****, ****** and other big names but none were willing to take the time to talk. ***** was the first to answer and continue to respond way before committing to a wheel so we went back and forth for a month designing my wheels and he had no indication that I was going to ever use him. If someone spent that amount of time on one wheel that is someone I will use and did use. To date, and not having the wheels yet I felt the need to rebuke any negative comments about this company. You can have the best service and design company in the world and there will always be those who will give bad reviews or felt like they were taking advantage of that's just the way business works I have nothing negative to say today only positive and I will be reviewing again once received in a few weeks . I live in ******, **. and chose this smaller company based on my interaction with the owner. I don't expect any problems but when they happen in my life I don't b**** and whine but will always make a personal appearance and let them then try to rip me off. Yes, if things turned out bad I would make the trip from ***** I have traveled much further than that (Washington state) for the last person who took advantage of me. Unless i just don't get my wheels I suspected nothing bad to happen. I have always turned no refunds into Yep I better return to this person.....100% of the time. ***** has been great!!!
