    ?Hello, On 09/26/2020 I purchase a new 2019 RAM 3500 PROMASTER CUTAWAY 136" WB - 82" C/A (VIN *****************) from *** ********* at CROWN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM 1127 CENTRAL AVENUE, HOLLAND, MI, ********** phone ***********. I also purchased extended warranty for $2,576 & $699 that should have covered paint and fabric defense. The van was purchased under the Business name, therefore they were well aware it was used as a commercial van for my everyday business. On 01.22.25, took the van for repairs and was told that the warranties I have do not cover commercial van. Since the van was not in a working, driving safe status I had no choice but to have the repairs done which cost me $1,427.13 out of pocket. I had to refuse some of other things like paint and chairs since I did not want to be charged out of pocket.I know mistakes can happen, spoke to *** ********* (who was the person that sold me the van) a few times in ******** said he would look into this for me but mostly got ignored after I called him to follow up. I sent several e-mail , see attached copies, but NOT ONE person reached out to me through e-mail of phone .I told them that if they keep ignoring me, I was left no choice but to report them to BBB.Later sometimes in February I was later told that ***** ******* the Finance **************Owned Sales Client Advisor ***************************************** phone ************ would be able to assist me, I told him to look into getting me an extended warranty for the commercial van, he said he would and we agreed instead of the refund if he would be able to do that since it was their mistake. I told him they still need to refund me for the out of pocket cost I incurred for $1,427.13. I have reached out for the last time this week, called 5-6 times his work and his personal cell but nothing, so this gave me no choice but to reach out to BBB and get this resolved.I need the money refunded and I will go and get a warranty from someone else at this point.

    Our Finance Manager has been in contact with this customer. I'm sorry I missed your first notification. 

    We are currently working with the warranty company to get the repair covered because the warranty was sold with the vin number of the vehicle so there should be no reason for it to be denied.

    Our Finance Manager will be calling the customer with an update and a solution to the current situation.

    I am rejecting this response because: Blaming another party will not reimburse the cost that I incurred.

    I have been in contact with them since January and this answers was given to us already with no follow up resolution.  We purchased the warranties though the dealership, therefore if there's any disputes between the dealer and the warranty company I should not have to wait for a reimbursement.  I also need to be reassured  and guaranteed that the remaining coverage on the warranties will covered any further incidents if any should arise.   I expected this be solved by now but since I was ignored the last 5 times I called,  forced me to we reached out to BBB because nothing was getting done.

    I personally talked to ****** and worked with the warranty company to get the $1427 repair approved. Once the warranty company sends the check to the dealership, I will be mailing it directly to ****** at his home. ****** said this was an acceptable solution.

    December 23, 2021 I purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali vehicle @ 82k miles with a standard warranty from ******. the said dealer for the amount of 40k with the initial down payment and of 9k agreed verbally to fix the windshield and whatever the other repairs were needed without documentation upon signing the contract. After only putting 3k miles on the car one of the spark plug broke off into the combustion chamber and destroyed the engine. **** central Ave sent me to another location where I waited 8 months before being offered an engine rebuild after the fact I complained to the manager why I wasnt offered this in the first place ? The repair only took 2weeks . Shortly after I had transmission issues and 196 regent drive denied the issue so I had to have the repair done at another dealership where also they did a 2nd engine rebuild service after at 87k miles I was quoted an additional nearly over $4500 for the magnetic ride struts and shocks replacement also at 95k miles currently. I should not have to pay money out of my pocket like this after physically only putting roughly 8k miles on the vehicle. Why was it sold in this condition
