    Order was made Mar 5. Got a email stating it was being shipped Mar 6. Reached out by email after a week as to why it had not been shipped. They stated there was a mistake made, and it would immediately be shipped. It has yet to ship. I can't speak with anyone by phone as all options lead to a voice mailbox. If I don't get my order in the next couple of days, I request for an immediate refund

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if the package actually is delivered in the 2 day time span mentioned in their response.

    I placed an order with this company on 8/14/2024. It has been over 14 days since the order has been placed and our order has nor been shipped yet. We tried to communicate with the company but have yet to hear a response back as to the status of our order.

    Received my order of summer sausage and it tasted old and was not good at all. I spoke with a lady and she was suppose to refund my money instead they sent another order of sausage and I just wanted my money back I wasnt interested in anything else from the company. Ive called them several times and they have not answered or called back. I just want my money back I do not want anything from this company.

    I have been trying for days and have called and emailed this company several times. I leave messages and get no response. I send emails no response. I was having issues with their payment so I tried several times ( its for my granddaughters team) kept saying error. Looked at my credit card because I couldnt understand why it wouldnt go through. Oh it went through several times. Finally got that mess settled with my CC co. And now I have one charge but no order. My order does not show in my grandmothers order list.

    We responded to *************************** several times via email and phone calls.  All charges that she was referring to were pending charges on her account.  None of those pending charges were taken out of her account.  We resolved all of the issues and her order was shipped.  If you need further information I have an email string I can forward to you.

    I order some items from Poppin Popcorn and one of the items was damaged. Order is #*******. The items were Pecanbacks and Mixed Nuts with Peanuts salted. This order was placed October 5, 2023. Their website indicates they are not responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, or misdelivery. Also states if there is an order issue to submit to an email: *************************************** Items were received on October 13, 2023. I sent email on October 14, 2023 within 7 days of delivery which is what they stated on their products. The Pecanbacks were melted and hard to eat. This item was not lost, held, damaged PACKAGES, or misdelivery. The item itself was MELTED. This does not fall under their category as to what they listed. As of October 21, 2023 I have not heard from them. I had to use my daughter's email to sent my complaint. They have all my information regarding this order as stated. I want my refund back of $16.00. This was a fundraising for my granddaughter. To receive an item like this is not right and it is not the customer's fault.
