I moved into Blue Star RV Community with my then boyfriend who had moved us with my motorhome from ***************************************************** had full knowledge there was a PROTECTION/NO CONTACT ORDER in place issued by the judge at Monroe Washington courts. ******* was to appear again to court and instead said he got me a gift, I walked out, and it was a motorhome and he had sold the house I made all payments on except [ one] 1. ******* did not let me know we were staying in ******* for good. I lost everything I owned and spent $13,000.00 furnishing our home with a settlement I received. Once in ******* we had resided at 2 other parks until they did background check and Kens came back with a lot of domestic violence and, truly who wants someone with a violent past living in a community ****************************************************************************************** *** threatened to kill me. I ended up calling police when *** shoved me downstairs at ****************, but *** had fled the scene and was gone three days as he knew from ********** that the police don't continue looking after 3 days. ******* came back on the 4th day and said " loud up we are going to a park that doesn't do background checks. He told me only one can be on lease, and I found this to be true as *********************** {my best friend} went on 2 occasions to office with ******* to put me on lease. **** who is manager at Blue Star RV Community had full knowledge I was moving in with *** and I later told her about the abuse I had suffered at the hands of ***************************. I had also let her know of recent abuse and she wanted me to go through police as I had. Police came and failed to serve protection order or acknowledge the WASHINGTON protection order and police where later reprimanded for their actions and one is no longer with the department for such actions. I called police the 2nd day again and they had gone and spoke with management and *** and his drug dealer ******* and then came to speak to me only to tell me I had been trespassed for speeding in park. At no time did I speed and if I did, I want proof. This was done due to me calling police on *************************** after he broke all orders of PROTECTION ORDER AND KIDNAPPED ME FROM **********. This manager had no right trespassing me and leaving him on site. I was homeless in A state ******* brought me to for hiding. I paid $600.00 rent every month I was there one year. I have friends in blue star RV park and demand this order be lifted. I have witnesses who saw me give ******************** for rent and also witnesses of abuse and ****.

We purchased a used ** from this company, their ad stated it had automatic leveling and aluminum wheels. We negotiated a price and made a 9-hour drive with our trade-in **, once there the ** they advertised did not have the auto level or aluminum wheels. We left without purchasing the ** they misrepresented in their ad. My search showed to add the missing parts would be $5600.00. We told the dealership we would split the cost and settle for a price adjustment of $2500.00, the dealership declined and stated they could only offer a $500.00 price adjustment. They falsely advertised the vehicle we drove 9 hours to purchase.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/12/2022

In response to the complaint submitted by ***************************, we admit there was a mistake made in the advertising that *************************** saw. Upon ***************** arrival at our store *************************** knew that there was neither auto levelers nor aluminum wheels, this was brought up during our walk thru with *****************. ****************** went ahead and purchased the *** signed the purchase agreement and signed the "AS-IS" form. ****************** did not mention anything about the advertising error prior to the purchase and signing of the paperwork.  About 1-week later ****************** called and spoke to ***********************, ****************** complained about the two issues and ** did offer him $500.00 toward the Auto Leveling System, that offer was declined. At the time ****************** purchased this ************** Home, it was priced $10,000.00 less than any on the market that were exactly the same model and year. Please let me know if there is anything else.

    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:
Here is my response to the below email received October 17.

*****: No their response is not satisfactory. There are some things that are not correct.
To begin with the ** was advertised on ******** Marketplace. My initial communications was via private messenger and later by phone with their salesperson, *****. We agreed on the price and I accepted to purchase the ** over the phone. I was basing my decision on the options listed that included the auto leveling jacks and the aluminum wheels. I already had a bank cashiers check made out for the agreed price plus our Travel Trailer for trade in. We drove 9 hours to get to *******, **, they are an hour ahead of us, so it was late on a Friday afternoon when we arrived. We were in a hurry and it was close to their closing time.
The tech that did the walk through would not have told me that the ** did not have the wheels and leveling system on it had I not asked about it at that time. These 2 items would cost $5,600 to add on. I had told them I would settle for $2,000. I chose not to accept the $500 because they would have considered this closed.
I called with further questions on Monday after picking up the camper on Friday.
The fact that they said the selling price was $10,000 less than book list is irrelevant in this matter. We were going off of their listed sales price.

    Sincerely,
    *********************
