   From the start Mitch totally understood exactly what we were requesting. We were given approximately a three week time line for the work. It actually was two weeks later the crew arrived. They were very friendly, set up quickly, and went to work. The job was done with concern on protecting our property. The job was done on time, no damage to our property, and a complete cleanup. We were so impressed. Mitch was back today to look at another tree for removal and one for trimming. That job is in the scheduling process. A neighbor also contracted with Mitch for a large tree removal. Any future tree work we will schedule with Mitch and Screaming Timber.

  I wasn't the actual customer, but the neighbor. I was asked if they could go through my property to bring the crane into the neighbor's back yard. I was more than happy to help my neighbor since he had a bunch of trees that were dead and fell and broke the other neighbor's fence. What wasn't said was that it was a 40ton crane (Huge beast) and that they were going to set up the chipper in my driveway and run the skid steer through it all day back and forth carrying half-trees out and grinding them on my driveway. They also asked permission to remove some zip-ties on my communication wires to raise them, but ended up disconnecting them completely so I was out of internet all day. I let them stay since they were well into it before I saw them in place but after they cleared out I noticed that they had cracked my driveway in several spots right where they went in out. The owner's response was that they have it in the small print on the contract that they are not responsible for driveways and if I didn't like it I should have stopped them. It took me to say that he didn't even apologize for the damage for him to say he was sorry but... it was still my fault and his contract covered his butt. I just asked him to do what was right and come and see the damage and talk but it kept being these long texts saying that there isn't anything he is going to do. When your company damages something, especially when it is not the person on the contract (which makes the contract meaningless and not legally binding in this case), good customer service dictates #1 an apology, and #2 asking what can be done to make it right. I would have been happy with a $50 card to Home Depot to buy cement repair, but now my neighbor feels bad and will try to cover it instead of the people that did the damage. It looks like they did a good job for my neighbor, though, so that is why there is at least 2 stars.

  I spoke with Mitchell regarding a quote earlier. The ask was a simple trimming and his demeanor was extremely derogative towards myself and my girlfriend. I let him know that I was shopping around for quotes and his response was "You can cancel those, we aim for perfection". He then asked personal questions about personal finance choices within my relationship with my girlfriend. The quote was ~2K$ and he stated it cost that much because they strive for 5-star reviews. I wanted to ensure that a nonbiased review was made that did not get vetted before being posted to their business website.

  They just came by my place and took down three-pronged tree which was leaning over my house and did it within an hour of getting here. They fell the tree into my yard and put all three sections through the wood chipper without leaving a mess or damaging any of my property. I would give the the highest ratings for professionalism. I love this company. Very affordable and responsive.

  I had an estimate done for some branch work on 10-6-22. My check for down payment was cashed that same day. They were supposed to come out and do the work on 11-23-22 but never showed up. I have called at least 4 times between 3 different numbers and have not heard a thing from them so decided to put my experience out there so that hopefully they don't get the chance to rip anybody else off. I am putting a negative review on here, since I checked on BBB site and saw the A+ rating and thought they must be a good company before I booked appt. and put down a down payment, ********* his company site in reviews, my neighborhood site since he put the mailer in my mailbox. I am also going to the police ***** and my bank to see what can be done before I call a lawyer.

  I love this company! They came to my rescue within hours of a huge storm that brought down three trees that caused great damage to my property and left me without electricity. I was so impressed when I met ********, the owner of " Screaming Timber". He was extremely professional, thorough and absolutely has the "best hand shake" on the planet!! His strong character and honesty were immediately evident.His whole crew was punctual, precise, friendly, professional, fast and very hard working. They did a flawless job and left my property in excellent condition.The arborist was amazing!They were very reasonably priced especially for the volume of work and quality they delivered. I would rate them 100 on a scale of 100.... they were just that good!!!I absolutely recommend them and will call on them again.
