      My mom and dad bought the system and didn't change the filters. I called and asked for the filters to be changed and the water softener to be inspected. They did that and said next year for free they would change the refridgerator filter. They also said that my dad didn't need to change the filters on the sink yearly, because they were not using enough water to need a yearly change. The customer service has been excellent. This is for the ******************* location.

      Wife and I bought a soft water system along with a reverse osmosis system. We purchased this in November of 2022. The salesman identified himself as ***************. His2 real name is *****************. We paid right around **** dollars. He said that he would put us on a yearly service plan that would cost about 140 dollars. The plan would include filters and any maintenance that the unit would need. It is now the 14th of December 2023. I have had 4 conversations with him since the end of October. The first one he said his wife got into a terrible accident, the second time I talked with him he said he had ***** and that he will get them shipped to us ( Filters ) A,S,A.P. Still waiting. The third time I talked with him he stated that they were being put in a box in ********* ** and that they would be there tomorrow. Did not happen. And lastly I called him again last Friday December the 8th and he said he was in the warehouse and that he needed to go to the office to get the invoice # from ***** and that he would call me back in 5 minutes. Still waiting for the call. Either this company is a scam or *** is a pathological liar. Either way stay clear of this company. It can not be trusted. P.S. I have contacted an investigated tram through a trusted TV network. Also I have been in contact with a lady that has had a similar problem with this company as well. Looking into the possibility of filling a court proceeding to get our money back.
