    I placed an order on July 23, 2024. Items were never sent. Multiple calls, emails to company. Over 2 months later they emailed me a postal label was created email. Of course, it was never picked up and sent. I would really like my money back.

    When we found out the customer did not receive her order we sent out a new order. I am not sure why she did not receive it when we were informed of this and the customer requested a refund the refund was issued immediately. I am very sorry this was not received if the customer would like i can still ship out a new order PRIORITY mail even though it has been refunded.

    Date of transaction was 04/29/2022. I purchased items worth $440.90. I did not receive all of my items , $296.25 worth. With continuous emails sent to Recovery World they said in email they were going to send the missing items. The items were never sent or refunded. They have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I would like $296.25 refunded. The order number is *****.
