    I had purchased a firearm from Dunhams in ********** on Highway hundred and they had damaged it. I had a really hard time talking to anybody and finally I got a hold of the district manager and he had told me he wasnt gonna do anything for me and that he was going to take possession of the firearm and now I had brought it back to the store to have a returned so it could be fixed and he said he was gonna take possession of my firearm and Im really worried because this could be a huge problem because its registered to me so I would like something done about this

    I would like to look into this further but am confused by his complaint.  Dunhams does not accept returns or exchanges of firearms.  If customers have issues with the firearm, they are generally instructed to contact the manufacturer and it will typically work with the customer directly.  In this instance, I am unsure, did the customer try that?  Instead did the store say it would send his firearm back to the manufacturer?  If so, did he give the store the firearm or is he merely concerned about doing so?  We truly wish to help this customer, we just need a little clarity to do so.

    hello, the store has an advertised product, and they will not honor the sale of the it. i told them i already own one and would just like to buy another. i was told they were sold out and i would get a rain check. that was fine by me. next i was told they do not offer rain checks anymore. so, i left the store. it is on their website now as i am writing this.
