    *** applied roundup to my lawn and killed it. Business does not return calls, emails, or texts. Owner did come to our property and stated he would be here on July 8, 2023 to spray with tenacity and underseed the lawn. Did not show up and claims his machine broke. We are not his only victims. He was paid in advance for fertilizer services. I have asked for my money back and have not received that either.I have been watering the lawn as MGR suggested in the hope of salvaging any part of my 2 acres of lawn. At this point, the weeds that have begun to grow and are now thriving, will soon take over. The owner, *********************, will not communicate, except for an occasional blanket email that offers excuses as to why he is not able to fix his error. His insurance company has sent us a letter telling us they will not cover deficiencies in his work or work product

    I paid ***** at MGR services $540 on 4/17/2023 to provide the following services on my entire property including under trampoline around trees ect. 1) A weed control application including Dimension and a short term fertilizer, crabgrass control ect. 2) A weed and feed application a month or so after the 1st weed control. The first weed control application(1) did not work. Dandelions were still growing everywhere. I contacted ***** after a week and he let me know that the product he put down had an issue and that it did not work. Scheduled to come out again within another week and put down another sort of weed killer. ***** came back out and applied a triple herbicide(Similar to weed and feed?). This product worked(killed lots of weeds) but many spots were missed, including under the trampoline, and an area of property past a pine tree roughly 30ft x 100 ft. I contacted *****, and he said he would reach back out to see if the weeds were still there in another week. Nothing ever happened. A few weeks later I was supposed to have received my second application that I payed for, however I had not heard from *****, and it was too late in the season as the weather was too warm(the application would burn the grass). I contacted ***** to get a refund. After many attempts to reach *****, he let me know he could refund me $189 of the $270. I accepted but have not received a refund. I have contacted ***** many, many more times to try and get the refund, but he has not sent it my way. In fact, ***** doesnt even respond via phone call or text.Overall the experience was not professional, it seems like ***** has too many customers currently and cant take care of them all? Id just like my money back for the 2nd treatment which I never received. Thanks!
