    I had purchased a part for a vehicle specifically for a Buick encore 2013 air compressor pump that was used when I got to putting it on and spending several hours me and another mechanic trying to fix and solve the air conditioning issue on a personal vehicle which was my wife's it was clarified by the other mechanic that the compressor is no good I called a couple days later the man at *******'s Auto salvage in ********************* said that he would return it as a core no problem I come today August the 5th 2024 and everybody wanted to criminalize me like it wasn't their part and because I painted the part they said they couldn't verify it was theirs which makes no sense because there's really nothing to prove it was there's anyways cuz there's really no serial numbers or anything else I am very ashamed of this business for not returning and giving my money back I'm going to sue them in small claims plus filing this complaint the way they made me feel was very unpleasant and definitely not as a customer I will not be doing business with them no more and I hope that there's a fine or something imposed for how they treated me and treated me like a criminal when I spend my hard-earned money with them

    ****************** brought an ** Compressor up to return to **. He stated that it didn't work. When we sell parts, we write on the part with a paint a marker, white, blue or red. We do this so that, if a customer tries to return a part, we will know it's our part. We constantly have people try to return their junk part and try to pass it off as ours. The part., ****************** brought back was painted black. It did not look like fresh paint as some had flaked off. He stated, what if I painted it, what if I painted it.

    The other reason, we would not accept the part he was returning, we sold him the ** Compressor with lines and plugs attached. The one he was returning to us had these removed. It is stated on the back of our invoices on line #**: The parts must be in the same condition as when sold upon return. It is agreed that the sole determiner of condition for return is seller.
