      I have had a negative interaction with West Michigan Generator. I found them looking for a generator repair shop. They said the could look at it and gave me a quote on labor and parts cost. to repair it. I delivered the generator and hadn't heard from them. I called and they directed to the technician. His information was the carburetor was the issue. I already knew that when I told them I had installed a new one, and a new spark plug, replaced the oil and gas with fresh supply and checked the oil sensor. They charged me $91 and when I went to pick the generator, the auto-throttle switch was broken and never told that it was. I have no idea why the switch would be broken and it has nothing to do with the generator running under no load. They charged me for information I already knew, did not actually repair the generator and left it in worse condition than I gave them. This is a very disappointing company. I would not trust them for any part of their business. Their incompetence is only exceeded by their selfishness.
