    I contracted with Russo Home Solutions to snowplow my driveway for the Winter season *******. I, and several of my neighbors used this service in the Winter of ******* and were satisfied with the work.The contract notes that Russo will provide snowplow service for 11/1/24-3/31/25 for my driveway for $400. I sent him check # **** on 11/9/24 for $400 which he cashed. I also have a copy of the contract attached.On January 20, 2025, Russo sent out a text notification that he would be unable to plow due to damage with his truck. As time progressed, I continued to send texts (7 of which I have attached) to determine when he planned to start plowing again. On February 1, he texted me back and said he would not be plowing for the rest of the season. I empathized with him and requested he reimburse me as follows: 11/1/24-3/31/25 is 151 days. He stopped plowing on 1/20 which is 81 of the 151 days or 54%. I requested he reimburse me 46% of $400 (or $185). I texted him again on 2/2/25 and 2/22/25 but he did not respond to either text. My neighbor, who also uses Russo to snowplow, has been asking me what is happening given that all of his texts have gone unanswered from Russo's. I am requesting reimbursement for the portion of the contract Russo did not honor...$185.

    - 7-5-24 Russo home solutions came out and looked at house work for what we wanted to do. - 7-8-24 quote of $7,500 was given to remove siding on house, remove shingles on house and sheet house roof, install siding on one side of garage, extend house gables, install new drip edge, install facia, install soffit, wrap windows and doors, install supplied siding, install gutters on house and garage. - 7-8-24 called Russo home solutions and went over quote. we accepted quote of $7,500 for work performed above for house and garage. Russo home solutions asked for $3,700 down to begin.-Start date 7-10-24 and payment of $500 in cash, all the cash I had on me, Russo home solutions was ok to start with $500 as it was a rain day and they were just getting material.-Cash payment $2000 7-12-24 -Cash payment $1200 7-15-24 - 7-16-24 Russo home solutions stated they need to figure out what was spent on materials, I asked to sit down and go over it cause there was no way $3700 was spent already.- 7-16-24 tried calling R H S once I was home from work, no answer so a txt message was sent.- 7-17-24 R H S replied to message and stated I had to supply materials. No where was that stated. I told R H S I had siding and soffit when job was being quoted. - 7-17-24 asked R H S to stop work on the house due to no mention of me supplying materials. Russo home solutions kept working even tho I asked to stop. I called on my lunch break with no answer from them. Russo home solutions called back around 7pm to discuss work that was done. I was still unhappy with how windows were wrapped wrong and siding was bowed due to being too long. Russo home solutions wanted to come back and wrap other windows I asked again for no more work to be done. - 7-18-24 R H S shows up at job to do more work. All materials were locked up inside. Russo home solutions things were stacked up ready for them to pick up. we asked for a refund many times but received a bill saying we owe them more money.
