      Ordered some plants from here. I waited for them to grow should have been yellow. Ended up being pink. I emailed to ask if they know the variety they sent me. And never got a reply.

      Don't buy from this seller!! BUYER BEWARE!! Puny plants - we are talking the 1 quart size...they BOTH looked terrible upon arrival. BOTH Agastache's did NOT make it through the winter! You are paying for shipping as well as the plants. Pete (owner) does not answer emails. I sent 2 emails & tried to call, their phone number was routed to a different phone number. You could NOT leave a message, as the mailbox was full. Don't waste your money! Newgardenplants do not have a warranty. If you don't like them upon arrival, you must call right away. They have NO WARRANTY. Extremely difficult to deal with....I won't make that mistake again. 4-25-25

      I ordered 3 plants. When they were delivered only 2 were in the box. The invoice said out of stock and I would receive a refund on my Credit Card. I waited a week. Sent an email asking for them to please refund my CC. No response and their phone # says the mailbox is full. I have sent 3 more emails with no response. .After investigating I see this is a chronic problem with this company. I would like to get my refund for the out of stock plant.

      My order was sent to a different address (and city) than what I provided and I obviously haven’t received my order. When I called FedEx they told me that New Garden would have to be the ones to fix the address/have the plants picked back up since they were the shipper. I reached out to new garden via email three days ago, but haven’t heard back yet.

      I should have known better and search more information about NewGardenPlants.com, especially after reading some of the reviews. I made a purchase on Monday 7/18/22 and requested a confirmation with shipping information. I received no confirmation or any feedback except an automated email stating my order was received. The next day I noticed the reviews about the company and they were not good. So I tried calling which was an automated message stated to contact the owner via email. I sent an email as recommended with no results. I am currently working with my bank to get a refund.
