I am submitting this formal complaint to report discriminatory and retaliatory treatment at Sprinkles Donuts (******* location in ************), as well as a failure of management to investigate or address these *****.Summary of Events On April 25, 2025, I was subjected to condescending treatment by a male employee while placing a large order. When I calmly addressed his tone, he labeled me aggressive, a racially loaded stereotype. He then offered me free items and told me I could contact corporate if I chose. There was no indication I was barred or unwelcome. On May 9, 2025, I was denied service by the same employee, who first claimed I was banned by corporate, then cited discretion. He could not provide a clear reason for this denial. I recorded the interaction, which shows I used my regular voice and was respectful at all times. When I contacted the manager, ******* *********, she failed to investigate, instead repeating the employees narrative and offering only to send me to other locations. She admitted the stores cameras would have shown any alleged aggression, but did not review them. She never followed up as promised. *Note, I sent audio of interaction with employee to her on May 9th. I've attached multiple documents one being a letter to send to Sprinkles.

Why are the prices missing at Sprinkles Donuts? They refuse to post any kind of signage or menu whatsoever at the ******** location, telling customers clearly how much their bakery items actually cost. Having to verbally ask the clerk what everything costs is a clear violation of the Michigan Scanner Law (aka the Shopping Reform and Modernization Act of 2011). A store-owner stubbornly refusing to post any price-signs is as suspicious as it is poor customer service. The way things are now, the Sprinkles employees are able to easily make up whatever invented price they want, based on the looks of the person who walks in the door. If this company's finances are so bad that they can't even afford to print out proper signage with actual PRICES (like every other restaurant or retail store in town does) then yes, the BBB should urgently look into this mystery. What exactly is Sprinkles trying to hide, by keeping their prices a secret like this?
