      On 4/12/24, I was quote a cost of $1,488 from *********************** at Grand Wildlife Control LLC for pest control services including Trapping And Removal, ********** Eviction, Rodenticide treatment, Durable Exclusion And/or Repair and Woodpecker Deterrents. On 5/9/24, I paid a deposit of $744. They performed trapping/removal and bat colony eviction. On 6/4/24, they were scheduled to come by and check the inside of the attic for progress, but no one came. I have tried reaching out to them on 6/4/24, 6/19/24, and 7/1/24 with no response (my wife has also tried reaching out with no response). They still have their equipment on my roof and repairs needing to be complete to ensure no further pest issues, but I can't get a hold of them.

      Had ***** come out in August regarding bats in my home. Was sent a detailed description and pictures at the end of August and paid for the inspection. Also provided 50% of the payment for him to fit the home issues so bat could no longer enter the home. Plan stated that he would come and install vents for the bats to be able to leave but not enter the home. ***** did this same day as payment and stated he would be back in **** weeks to complete the repairs. He reached out after 4 weeks making sure there had been no more issues with bats. I have reached out to the company in november, december, and now January regarding him coming to complete the work and nothing. No response to calls, voicemails, text messages. At this point I am out $173 and still have to pay another company to come and do the work I paid for and never received
