      Absolutely the worst business I've ever worked with. Terrible customer service and will ghost his clients, but if you like being charged multiple times for a month of terrible service this is the internet service to get. I would give zero stars if that was possible.

      Adam is impossible to reach even with Facebook messaging, calling and emailing. He over charges us almost monthly. This month we were charged 3 different times within 2 weeks. Apparently being loyal customers for almost 5years means nothing anymore to this owner.

      I am an existing customer of less than a month. I have been charged three times in one month and I am not getting a response back from emails,calls,texts and messages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They are quick to respond when you want to set up but ghost you when you have troubles.

      I'm am an existing customer. I am on day 3 now of trying to contact this company via phone, email and facebook and I get no reply. I can't even log into the website anymore to check my bill or cancel my service. Any time I have ever tried to contact them for billing or technical questions they either do not respond or take several days and still nothing gets better. They are selling a service they cannot support and the internet speed they provide is to slow for anything and is always out. They should not be able to take peoples money. We need to get the word out on this very bad service. I am trying to cancel my service but I cannot login to the website and they will not call me back to tell me what equipment I need to return or anything. I may have to block there access to my auto payment, but can they still send me to collections for not paying? I unplugged the internet so there shows no history of me using it. Not sure how to resolve this?

      Well they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have tried everything to get a hold of them for a call back snd nothing. Before I had to go to the computer repair person to get a call back. My bill has jumped up 25 f so I’ll add a month and no response from them two months ago. I lose the internet all the time I just get bad service all the way around. Living where I do I can’t get just any internet service. About three months the repair guy was here the Adam for ionia internet came the next day. Some times I am out for three days and charged for it because of no call back or even a text. Sometimes they do text us and tell us it will be out which is nice. But their customer service is very bad and I would like better service for what I am paying now.
