    I called these folks on September 21 2023 to see about getting an oven repaired. After sending them the make and model, they told me parts for the oven were available. They came to look at it and then a week later said the parts weren't available and asked where they should send the invoice. If they had let me know that it was a possibility that parts wouldn't be available I wouldn't have bothered having them come in the first place.

    ***** is previous customer who had us out to work on a different appliance prior to this. He is aware of how the company billing works and he is aware that payment is always due at time of service. He is also aware that having a technician properly diagnose the unit is the only correct way to determine if parts are going to be available. My secretary was trying to do this customer a favor but what he doesn't understand is that she is not a technician and was only trying to help. He did not even pay for this service so I have no idea what billing dispute/adjustment needs to be done.

     We have refused you service due to your refusal to pay your bills. We want no further contact from you. If this harassment continues, we will seek legal counsel for libel.
