    1. Date of transaction: November 9, 2023 2. Amount Paid: $520.03 for 90 square feet of 13x13 - Sand colored, polished ***************** $175.00 shipping cost. Total cost $695.03 3. Business commitment: Kitchen Shop of ******* was supposed to provide me with the shower tile I selected and paid for within two weeks of purchase.4. Nature of dispute: I paid in total $695.03 for 90 square feet of Regency 13x13 sand colored polished ceramic tile on November 9, 2023, and received 13x13 Matte Pressed Glazed Porcelain Tile which was delivered to the store around mid-December. Not only did Kitchen Shop of ******* fail to deliver the shower tile on time but they delivered the wrong tile!5. Did the business try to resolve the problem: Kitchen Shop of ********* resolution was returning the tile for a full refund, and this is not acceptable. Twice I had to reschedule my contractor because they failed to meet the original delivery date. Then when the tile finally arrived, it was the wrong tile! I cannot keep on rescheduling my contractor for remodeling my bathroom. I'm not his only client and he is not readily available. Kitchen Shop of ******* has already delayed my bathroom remodeling project by well over a month because they couldn't make the original delivery date of the order. Returning the shower tile would again prolong the remodeling project for several more weeks.I paid full price and received the wrong tile. They should refund me the transportation cost and give me a 50% refund on the tile order. They have completely botched up this order and have no accountability. This is not the first time I've had difficulty ordering tile from them and I'm not going to capitulate again to their poor customer service. In total, they should refund me $435.00.
