So this is a regarding the ****** location of OmniSource and the person they employ at the scales regarding the actual choicing in metals that are to be paid out on I've had issues with the singular person four times and now with constant changing of the actual pricing of metals brought in changing the type of metals brought in an overall basically stealing from my pocket on the actual metals brought in. The disregard and the actual understanding of what a certain object and what it is made out of determined by this person determines the actual payout amount the job that this person is doing that's going unchecked considering I was not the first person to complain in a hour period is questionable. I would like this manner dealt with and this actual specific employee that is employed by OmniSource either reprimanded or retaught how to actually price metal and scrap that is coming into the yard along with proper payments. Also I would like for the business to actually have a posted notice upon entering the yard of any changes to actual paid out items brought in an example cutting the ends of extension cords pricing changes of that day and or new and accepted or rejected items daily from this location

OmniSource employs trained scrap metal professionals at all locations.  Prices paid are based on current commodity markets and can change daily.  When customers bring in scrap metal, they are made aware of the price we will pay for that material.  As commodity markets worsen, many customers do get frustrated because theyve seen a higher price in the past.  At no point in any transaction is a customer required to sell us their material.

Mr. ****** visit was well-remembered because of the altercation that ensued.  ************** was giving our retail buyer a hard time about the pricing and grading of his scrap, but proceeded to sell OmniSource the material anyway and accept payment.  Following his visit, ************** called the office and screamed at two different office staff.  The retail buyer spoke to him again and offered for him to come back and hed again explain exactly how the material he had brought in was graded and how the prices were determined.  ************** continued to verbally threaten our retail buyer as well as the other office staff calling them thieves, ultimately telling them to f*** off and hanging up.  When relayed to the Yard Manager, it was determined that the incident was severe enough to warrant putting ************** onto our Do Not Buy List which prohibits any OmniSource location from purchasing material from him in the future.  ************** is not welcome back on our property.
