      Make nothing but excuses and do not communicate like other companies. They refuse to pick items up like beds for example even though they ARE A TRASH SERVICE and should regardless !! And say they take things like that on their website but then say oh you need to take it to a dump smh. Or better yet! They charge you a late fee for not paying your bill on time just to "put a hold on your account" and not call or email they plan on that just send you an invoice with a late fee. Then you pay said bill and get confirmation and if comes out of your bank account just for them to not pickup your garbage due to "being on hold and not getting a payment " even though it was paid before the pickup date and never gave any messages about it being put on hold. They then slyly try to blame their customer for it and try to charge an extra $20 to pick the garbage up and don't even come same day they give some bs excuses about not being able to till three days out pretty much. Just sad... Don't get this service if you can help it the fact companies are all over to have monopolies which is illegal and price gouge rates without any penalities is ridiculous!!

      One of the core values on Arrowaste’s website is “consistent service that makes you (the customer), our priority – period…” Arrowaste mistakenly grabbed our trash and recycling containers yesterday. Coincidentally, we also had a new fridge delivered, so had perishable trash to put in the dumpster right away after pickup. I contacted Arrowaste first thing this morning to have the dumpsters returned. I was told by the receptionist and by the general manager that they wouldn’t have anyone available to bring a dumpster out until tomorrow. This surprised me. As a long-standing customer, I expected Arrowaste to find a way to have at least one of the dumpsters delivered today, especially after explaining the situation. In reality, a dumpster could fit in most vehicles, and essentially anyone could deliver one with the service philosophy claimed on the website. I wonder what the general manager’s expectation would be if he were the customer? While I realize we are just one paying customer, the unwillingness to find a way is disappointing. If we were not on a shared driveway and I didn’t have to consider the wear and tear on our driveway of heavy vehicles, I would switch companies in a heartbeat.

      They have a monopoly of sorts in Jenison having bought up all affordable residential trash services. All we're left with are $$ or $$$ (Republic). Their customer service is horrible and they don't care because of this quasi monopoly. This was one of the last affordable necessities I had.

      Do NOT use this company if you don't have to. The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Every time I've called or emailed with an issue (unfortunately there seems to be an ever increasing amount of those) they are rude and belligerent. Will not listen to you, they just repeat their same "auto response" over and over. On email they will just stop responding to you instead of helping resolve the issue, and when they do actually deign to respond it's with a two or three word response. Extremely unprofessional. We were with Potluck before the merger with Arrowaste, and never received an email or letter from Arrowaste announcing the merger and that they would be our new provider. No communication on any changes to services and when you try to contact them for clarification they blow you off. Buyer Beware!

      Arrow waste continues to not pick up our trash or recycling on time. The driver purposely forgets our since ours sit within 3 feet of our neighbors whos always get picked up. When we call they make us wait 4 days until they come again to collect. The driver even spray painted our address on the front so they know its ours. When me or my husband calls customer service they want to project an attitude like its our fault or once they told my husband we need to go out there when the driver is picking them up and tell him to take ours, like whaaaat? We have been with this company for 6 years and this business has went downhill in their consistency and customer friendliness.

      I was a long time customer of Bob's Disposal..very family oriented company. Loved them. Arrowaste bought them. Service is ok but office people are very cold..not family oriented at all. I sent message that I like to pay 6 months at a time, website does not allow that asked them if they could look into it. Just tried again and was told they would look into it. They are too big and don't care about the little guys.

      Lady that answers the phone was very rude would not listen to what I had to say about my garbage can even though it was not my fault .it Got covered by oil From a leaking consumer's energy transformer..She would not listen to me and kept saying that I shouldn't have done something that I didn't do . The environmental cleanup company said it had to be disposed of because of contamination. I tried to tell her I had no control over the situation, but she kept telling me that I shouldn't have thrown it away which I didn't do. very unprofessional..Canceled my service due to her rudeness.

      Well yet again, We had the recycles out at the curb.. "Not Blocked" Last week.. No recycling was pick up! So we left the can out by the curb all week and just took our extras out there during the week... Because this happened before and the lady receptionist said there were picked up and Uh-NO!! they were not. So to prove this point we did exactly as I stated on the right week! And no pick up, Left out there just to see.. No pick up. 8 neighbors still have theirs out there as well. I am on B schedule and that was last week.. No pick up!! " But left out a week to see if the would pick it up at any time.. No...Now my can it totally over flowing with things on the side and on top!. We only have three people living in our home. So go F'in figure that one out.. They lady that answers the phone is rude and obnoxious! Literality calling me a liar in a roundabout way. They are always right in here eyes!! We pay on time and have been excellent customers since the beginning. Got to switch.. But not to Everkept either, Because they merged! PS.. Regular trash was picked up.
