    This company is terrible, George the owner installed a new/used air conditioner condenser and coil in our furnace. He claims it leaked the Freon out due to a dirty air filter, he filled it with Freon again and charged a service call. and a week later it was drained of Freon again he demanded we contact him immediately if it had issues again. When we called him for the last issue again and he refused to do the repair. All within 4 months of the original install.

    Mr. ********** sorry that you are not satisfied with your service. Multiple times the coil inside the furnace has been a block of ice, the refrigerant lines to the condenser lines frozen to and including the condenser due to dirty filters. As we have explained to Mr. Young, every time a system freezes there is a risk of internal damage. We first tried to recharge the system, which was in a vacuum. We asked Mr. Young to keep an eye on the system and let us know if the system started to short cycle. We received a call when the system had stopped running completely on Friday at approximately 9:45 a.m. We explained that we had no one available at that time to come to Ann Arbor, but would try to get there over the weekend. We explained to Mr. Young on Saturday that we had a family emergency and would not be able to get there until Sunday morning. Mr. Young responded that was not acceptable and he would find someone else. We have since refunded the money for the service call and refrigerant that we put in the system.
