      On January 2nd I signed myself and my girlfriend up to a tanning subscription. The fee was $62.69 per person, per month. We tanned until January 25 at which point I was no longer interested in tanning. On the night of the 24th I asked for my subscription to be canceled and was told it couldn't be done due to "changes with my account" and that the manager would be informed and they would call me the next day. The next day I was never called, so I went back to malibu tan and once again asked for my subscription to be canceled. This time the young women called her boss and she was able to cancel the subscription and that I would not be billed for the up coming months. Fast forward to the 1st of February I received two charges for $62.69, I called malibu tan right away asking why I was charged and if I could get my money refunded. They said they do not issue refunds and if I wanted to talk to corporate that would be my only option. I called the malibu tan corporate office in Hillsdale for nearly 2 weeks leaving countless messages with various people answering the phone. Each time someone assured me I would get a call back and no one ever does. I'm at a loss and need help.
