    In August of 2024 we had Chapin Services, LLC ********* come to our house to quote us for tree and limb removal. We told them we wanted one small tree removed as well as the *****, and the primary concern was a large limb hanging over the driveway. There was a smaller tree trunk that we explicitly told them not to cut down. When they came out, they removed the smaller tree but left the *****, only cut a small portion of the large limb off, and cut down the tree trunk we told them not to. I had already paid someone to remove that tree trunk since it has previously snapped and that person was going to return to finish that job, but since Chapin cut it down, we are not getting the money back we already paid to have it removed by someone else. We called back and we told them again that we wanted the entire tree limb off and they came back the next day and again only removed a small portion, leaving more than half of the tree limb remaining over the driveway. We had an agreement and quote for a job they did not complete and when we called a 3rd time they simply said they wont come out to complete the job because it wasn't agreed upon despite us meeting with them in person, twice, and physically showed them what we wanted done. They gave us a quote for what we asked but did not complete the job.
