    11/07/2022, I paid $2,733.93 because they said I needed to pay before I could get the car towed. The car was brought in the first week of August and there was a lack of communication and the communication that was given was wrong. I was told the parts were in, then they werent. I was told my chart went missing so they couldnt tell me what was going on with the process, also that there were people in front of me that had to get their vehicles worked on. The day I got the vehicle back I was told an extra $300 was added to my bill do to a mishap on their end. The car was returned with the parts in the back seat and truck of my car. Four months they had my vehicle, and I later found out my stepdad brought his truck in to get fixed by them in September and they got it back to him at the end of the month.

    So, Asia brought her car into ** to be looked at we looked at it and let her know all the work that needed to be done. It needed quite a bit of work over.  We gave her to options #1 engine which was over $7000.00 or #2 timing chains and fix bent valves.  Our records show that it took almost a month to give us the go ahead to do work.  So that their accounts for some of the time that the car sat here. We had to wait for approval to do work and which route she wanted to go. I show that on August 22nd she finally gave us the go ahead to do option #2, at this time we told her we would work it back into the schedule with no specific start date.  We told her that while we was waiting on answer we had numerous other jobs come in that we had to be done.  We can not hold a bay open while waiting for answers for numerous days. We was also faced with the challenge of getting parts.  Because of Covid this is a big challenge for us and is out of our control. This was all passed on to her.  We had the car all tore apart and working on it and she became inpatient and just wanted to pick it up we was almost done with it when she did this.  The reason she had to pay was because is what she owed us for the work we had done.  We cant let a car leave without payment.  I dont know any repair shop that would.  I feel like its a one way street we waited almost a month for approval and at that time we was booked solid and had to work back in.
