    We needed some work done on the basement. The old basement had some damage to the carpet, the lighting was bad and there was mold starting to grow. Had them knock down a wall as well and place it further back to increase the functional room space. The difference is night and day, new carpet, new lights and new ceiling and doors, and the wall placement opens up the room. Staff and Foreman were friendly and professional. Some of their subcontractors were difficult to communicate with but ultimately ideas were conveyed using modern technology and most of the other subcontractors were also polite and worked effectively. The majority of the project was done within the time I was given. There a few unforseen issues that came up but they were properly addressed. Ultimately I am very satisfied with the results and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have some professional quality work done on their basement.

    Installers were great! They will not honor there warranty. Have repeatedly call on warranty work no response!!! I would give them 5 stars on installation. No stars on every thing else.

    We love our newly finished basement! The process was super easy, no hiccups or huge hurdles. We enjoyed getting to plan everything and watch it come to life! All workers were professional and friendly, and their work is top quality. We would definitely recommend Matrix and use them again!

    Great experience with them on adding two finished rooms to our basement. They were fast and had great communication. We decided to do the paint so it was nice they were able to work with us on cutting some cost. They even had an app to track the progress and schedule. Highly recommend!

    After stopping by the showroom and talking to the bathroom manager, We used matrix, to replace our old tub/shower with a new walk in shower, and Very glad we did, install went very smooth, done sooner than expected, installers were very nice, worked very clean, very prompt , sales ************* was very knowledgeable and not pushy, everything went as he said it would, I would use them again Im very happy with results

    We recently had our old bathtub removed and had a walk-in shower installed. The Installers (Tim and Travis) where wonderful! Brandon from the office was easy to work with and answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company! Thank you! We love it
