    I purchased a "marble kit" from client after three months of research and reviewing videos of how to pour epoxy on countertops myself. In- depth notes, on my end taken, reviewed All their videos. Even though I did all my "homework" ahead of time instructions were NEVER included with the kit. Warning note was also never included that it could burn you if you did not pour all the epoxy at once. I burned my hands trying to salvage the epoxy that cured faster than they stated as shown in the bucket. They state "50" minutes on ONLY their FAQ website page (never on any videos) that you have before it hardens yet my hardened in 20 minutes!!! Therefore, I never completed my project. As a widow/single mom - of special needs child that works two jobs, I feel like they stole my money cause now I have to buy more just to finish the project. I emailed their manager and their support team and nobody bothered to get in touch with me to resolve.
