      Taking away Member Services on weekends and evenings. This credit union has taken away evening hours through the drive through and now are taking away 24/7 Member Services. They are becoming more like a bank by the minute! Banks make 20% profit. They are replacing the 24/7 personalized service with a chat bot named Ava. They will respond here with the same old “Pat” message to call the bank but nothing will be changed. The chat Bot Ava will not be able to assist with all questions and will have limited answers. People need the teller services through the drive through every night until 6 pm because they work until 5 pm. This is ridiculous and they don’t care about their members needs. Fridays end up being too busy to be the only day to get to the bank after 5 pm. They know this but are more concerned about profits than their members!

       have personal accounts, auto loan, and a HELOC with the credit union. I had a flood recently, and State Farm made the check payable to my husband, myself, PNC Mortgage,and Advia! I contacted Advia and was informed to send the check certified after everyone has endorsed it; add a note as to what you need done.I did that, the check was signed for July 26 but no one knew where it was.I filed a complaint with the post office in order to get a signature name, which wasn't legible. After 3 business days, I requested a stop payment and to reissue the check. State farm reissued the check, however the credit union advised the check is located, and deposited AFTER, I informed them the check was reissued and a stop payment was placed. Received a call from the credit Union a few days later that the check was returned stop payment! Really, as I had already communicated that with the.branch. So, I get PNC signoff on the new check and drive it to Kalamazoo because my contractor is done and I need to pay him; I took time off work to do this. Advia refused to deposit the new check because my husband is not on the accounts I have with them and he's not there. I argued you deposited it via mail with neither of us being present. I advised I wasn't told he had to be with me. They still refused, soI closed a few accounts and will be moving my Auto and HELOC.elsewhere.

      Beyond my circumstances I have been unemployed since last year. I have not been able to make my cc payment. I filed a claim like I was advised and that decision came back with in 24 hours and was denied for help. I still have a signature loan I have been keeping up with the payments on. Advia took it upon themselves to take out my external account so I cant make the monthly payment and after speaking with them this morning they have deactivated my account and I cannot get back in! Shame on you Advia! I will never recommend EVER!!

      I have been charged back in 2021 NSF funds over $100 from a PayPal account that is not attached to my old Advia account. The Credit Union account was supposed to be closed back in 2020 via phone for a remote closure request and I went into the branch. I spoke to an agent named Margie 01/22/2024 said she was in the call center. I asked to have this account closed, fees removed and a deposit that came through in 2023 sent to me due to no activity with them since 2020. I were unable to resolve this even though there are several complaints and lawsuits in ref to this same issue again and again through several other customers. I explained I no longer have access to that account, account#, email and physical address is changed 2020. I had no idea of any activity until 2023 when I received a end of year tax statement from the company that attempted to send a deposit to that old account. Margie says account is charged off, NOT closed but won't send a debit card to retrieve my funds because the account is closed. Spoke to Alexis in Advia Collections to get this resolved and soke to Debra Mae she said she is only sending difference of what they say PayPal charged that I had no idea of and sent me to a shared branch to get my funds in the state I live now.

      Absolutely atrocious bank and customer service line. Password retrieval/change technology never works, does not send, or call with verification codes as it should forcing you to call the customer service line and wait in front of 25+ calls JUST to get back into your account. I tried contacting them 3 different days figuring wait times would decrease and they do not. Waited on hold for over an hour. Ridiculous, there are so many ways to create a safe and secure password retrieval system that works, many companies achieve it. Regardless, the customer service line should never be that consistently backed up so something fundamentally wrong with their customer service right now.
