    December 2, 2022 This letters concerns the filling a Complaint against the following ******* **********************, DBA White House Construction accepted the job of repairing a leaking roof on the property existing on ****************************************************************************** in the year 2022. White House Construction was paid $13,000.00 plus replacement of ceiling tiles twice. The roof was guaranteed for 20 years on materials and lifetime on labor. This guarantee was transferable to any new owner when sold. The roof was never leek proof or lived up to White House Construction claims. Mr. ********************** promised that my roofs never leek when in fact due to use of inferior materials and workmanship the roof never failed to leek. I attempted to resolve the issue with Mr. ********************** of White House Construction resulting in several appointments that Mr. ********************** failed to attend. We were more than accommodating and allowed this to go on for over a year. Due to my advancing ageing and declining health, I turned the matter over to the vice president of our corporation ***********************. ***************** has made several attempts to contact Mr. ********************** via telephone and at two separate occasions by registered mail. Mr. ********************** refused to accept our calls and letters. We found it necessary to hire another contractor to prevent further damage to the building. Our new contractor has made patchwork repairs and has taken many pictures of the shoddy work done by White House Construction. The new contractors opinion is that Mr. ********************** had no knowledge of the proper procedures necessary for installing the rubber roof kit used and used non professional installation. We believe Mr. ********************** has cheated us and not completed the installation and committed a fraud against us and our share holders. We will pursue White House Construction to recover all funds paid to them and explore all remedies both civil and criminal. We ask you to reduce his BBB rating subzero and advise use of any remedies we may not be aware of and to protect others from losses from dealings with White House Construction
