    I hired ***** of M2M improvements for a fence install. The fence is very uneven. I asked him early in the install if the smooth side of the fence was supposed to face my neighbors and he said no he likes to give the homeowner the nice view of the fence. Looking up the city ordinance that is not true. He told me it was a 5 day job it ended up taking over two weeks. I asked him how much materials cost for the job and his response was he didnt know. He built the fence with a tree in the fence line. I questioned this repeatedly. He said he will come back if it becomes a problem. I have two tree stumps in the fence line. My neighbor agreed to let someone come through his yard with a ***** grinder and told ***** this. He cut the stumps down but they are still there and contribute to the uneven fence line. The top of the fence is not even. There is also a weird double fence on the side.

    ***** of M2M Home Improvements was hired to replace the roof on my park model RV at ********************* Campground in ****, **. We were quoted a total project cost of $3,500 and billed for $1,750 on June 26, 2022. The Half down was required to secure a spot in his schedule and purchase necessary supplies for the job. The amount of $1,750 was paid via check on July 1, 2022 and a receipt was provided electronically via email the same day. The work was to be completed mid July and to date, nothing has even been started. I have made several attempts to call, text, email requesting resolution to this problem and nothing. Calls are not answered or returned, Text messages are not responded too.

    My fianc and I hired M2M Home Improvements on April 27th, 2022 to do work on the house we purchased. We gave them a $10,000 down payment for them to do the work and would give them the rest after it was finished. Since then we have had several problems with them no communicating, not showing up to do the work. doing things no on the estimate and not meeting dead lines. They had a company come in to put a new furnace and ac unit in and never paid them, they hvac company that came to do it was unable to get ahold of him to get paid. There has not been work done to my house since August 9th and we are unable to reach the contractors at this time. We have asked several times for receipts and haven't received anything.
